Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. In this role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch customer service. This position offers variety and opportunities for growth each day.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Cashiers: Process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies. Stockers: Maintain product availability, follow planograms, and operate machinery safely.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Effective time management and product knowledge.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
