Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases and provide exceptional service, while Stockers will ensure shelves are stocked and displays are merchandised excellently. Physical demands include sitting, standing, lifting, and walking, with specific requirements for stocking merchandise. Qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and knowledge of company products and services. Both Cashiers and Stockers need to meet age requirements and fulfill specific job duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Cashier: Process purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stocker: Stock shelves, rotate products, organize inventory, and operate machinery safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of company products.
Education and Experience
