Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store. As a Stocker, you will ensure fresh products are available by stocking shelves, following merchandising guidelines, and operating machinery safely. Both roles require the ability to work collaboratively and uphold company standards.

Position Type

• Part-Time
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and adhere to cash policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide great customer service and work in a team environment
• Effective time management and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
