Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. As a Stocker, you will ensure that shelves are properly stocked, merchandise is rotated, and the store maintains a fresh and organized appearance.

Position Type

• Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and bending.
• Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise and operate equipment safely.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
