Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a valuable member of our collaborative environment, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.
• Maintain document security and confidentiality within your responsibilities.
• Cashiers: Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock merchandise, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stockers: Ensure proper product rotation, create attractive displays, operate machinery safely, and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
