Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and serving our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves neatly and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain displays.
- Operate machinery following safety procedures.
- Organize inventory and handle stock appropriately.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
