Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our Coronary Care Unit team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a PCT, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with various daily activities and providing essential support to our medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and report patients' progress to the medical team.
- Take and record vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
- Provide basic patient transport, housekeeping, and assistance with range of motion exercises.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care, or enrollment in nursing school.
