As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional personal training services to our members.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Create an approachable environment within the Personal Training Cage for members and clients.
- Retain personal training clients by providing exceptional value and support.
- Create a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
