Compensation: $50,180--$68,800 annually

As a Personal Fitness Team Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating a world-class fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team tailored to individual client needs.
• Create an inviting and inclusive environment for personal training clients and trainers.
• Retain personal training clients and ensure exceptional value.
• Facilitate a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers in client consultations and package recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
