At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to advance the personal training business at our club. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team to help our members achieve their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients
- Facilitate tailored training sessions for individual client needs
- Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment
- Retain and provide value to existing personal training clients
- Nurture a supportive community for trainers and clients
- Attract new clients through member interactions
- Coach trainers on client consultations and sales
- Collaborate to achieve monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness management
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Customer-centric approach and strong communication abilities
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Certification in personal training is a plus
