Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that embodies VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Facilitate agile programming tailored to each client's needs.
- Create an inclusive and approachable training environment.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through relationship building with members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
