Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Coach personal trainers and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
