Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments and provide care based on individual needs.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• Maintain CPR Certification.
