Salary
$70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments to evaluate medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
- Utilize EMR documentation for accurate patient records.
- Maintain a compassionate and communicative approach towards patients.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New York.
- Proficient in CPR and EMR documentation.
