Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments to evaluate medical conditions and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
- CPR Certification.
