Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and document high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice and CPR certification.
• Clinical proficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience beneficial.
