We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at the largest home health care company in the U.S., you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
• Implement physicians' plans of care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with families.
• Provide health promotion, education, and training to family members.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to deliver in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
