We are currently seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Aveanna Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with physician orders.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Overtime

Location: Wexford and Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document all activities in a timely manner.
• Participate in updating nursing care plans and achieving expected outcomes.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs to prevent risk.
• Comply with Aveanna policies, state/federal regulations, and infection control measures.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
• Maintain nursing competencies through educational programs and skill evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
