Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient condition and report changes to the supervisor
- Document care activities, assessments, and coordination promptly
- Participate in care planning and achieve expected outcomes
- Ensure infection control and educate patients and families
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
Preferences
- Six months of recent clinical care experience
- Home health experience preferred
