Aveanna LPN/RN Requirements:

• 6 months nursing experience
• Active Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification

• Ensure quality patient care delivery
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Document patient activities and care
• Implement and update nursing care plan
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessment
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs
