Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Private Duty Nurse in the Upper St. Clair area. We are currently offering day, night, and weekend shifts for LPNs and RNs. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes as necessary.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Recognize changes in patient needs and respond appropriately.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse (New Grad Program available).
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
