Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care plans with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients through compassion and responsiveness.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend required orientations and trainings.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
