Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Private Duty Nursing team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the home health setting. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, coordinating care, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships in a compassionate manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions and field training.
- Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
