Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse looking to work one-on-one with patients in the home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across DE. Responsibilities include coordinating care, administering medications, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.
- Administer medications and treatments.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
