Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
