Job Description

Shearers is looking for a Production Sanitation Tech to join our team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both production and non-production areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. This role involves operating industrial cleaning equipment, such as power washers, and maintaining detailed cleaning logs. Apart from equipment cleaning, responsibilities include office area and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule to prevent product contamination.
• Operate and clean industrial equipment, including power washers.
• Maintain sanitation logs to track cleaning activities.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in office spaces and outside grounds.

Requirements

• Prior experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning preferred.
• Capability to work in a manufacturing environment with various exposures.
