Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper manages and coordinates the activities of production personnel involved in packaging beverage products for storage and shipment. This role provides leadership, direction, and facilitation on multiple high-speed production lines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators in executing daily/weekly production schedules.
• Manage production within budget while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze production records to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.

Requirements

• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with can lines or beverage background preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
