Join our float nursing pool as a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN at Genesis Healthcare. You will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules based on our availability, providing efficient and effective nursing care at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
