Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, providing quality nursing care to patients while upholding professional standards and confidentiality. The position offers competitive pay rates ranging from $30 to $35 per hour based on case complexity and acuity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition, report changes, and document all care activities promptly.
• Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an RN license.
• Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
• Ability to meet state-specific and discipline-specific experience requirements.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
• Previous home health experience.

Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to speak, write, read English, travel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical capabilities for patient care tasks and emergency response.
