Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Gynecologic Oncology to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As a crucial member of our nursing team, you will provide professional care to patients in various states of health by developing and implementing comprehensive nursing plans. The role includes direct patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and assistance in care transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient education and support during and post-treatment.
- Possibility of assuming leadership responsibilities based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Preference for candidates progressing towards or holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Experience in Gynecologic Oncology or related clinical areas.
- Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
