Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the implementation of comprehensive nursing plans.
Unit Description
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Work as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct patient care and education.
- Possibility to take on operational responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Active nursing license.
- Minimum of 300 hours per year, including holiday shifts.
- Completion of orientation, preferably full-time.
Incentives
- Day shift differential of $3.50 on weekends.
- Evening shift differentials of $3.00 on weekdays and $6.50 on weekends.
- Night shift differential of $10.00 on weekends.
