Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse group of patients across different units at the UVM Medical Center. In this role, you will work collaboratively with RNs and LNAs to fulfill staffing needs on various units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing high-quality care to patients in coordination with a multidisciplinary team. To succeed in our department, you must possess a can-do attitude, flexibility, adaptability to change, independence, and exceptional communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience is required for this position.
