Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an RN, with a preference for previous experience in Radiology. As a Radiology RN, you will be responsible for specialized nursing duties such as administering IV sedation, monitoring vital signs, and providing care for patients undergoing various radiology procedures. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role may involve contributing to patient care policies, designing care plans, and assisting in the development of protocols. The position may also include tasks such as starting IVs, assessing and de-accessing infusaports, and assisting with patient needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in Radiology is preferred.
- Ability to administer IV sedation and monitor vital signs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
