Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and adapting to different inpatient environments.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, Maternal Child, and other units.
• Fulfill staffing needs by floating between different units as required.
• Work with a diverse team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Demonstrate flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude towards change.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct nursing experience.
• Ability to adapt to different inpatient settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong preference for candidates with a can-do attitude and love of change.
