Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Women and Children's Unit at CVMC. Our unit focuses on providing collaborative, high-quality, family-centered care through a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. As an RN in our unit, you will have the opportunity to work alongside board certified OBGYN's, Certified Nurse Midwives, labor and delivery nurses, lactation consultants, and perinatal technicians to ensure the best care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and compassionate nursing care to women and children.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Vermont.
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
