Job Description
This opportunity is for a full-time 11a-11p position at Bayshore Gardens Free-Standing Emergency Room within Manatee Memorial Hospital. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in providing quality emergency care to patients with a minimum of 2 years of ED experience. The role includes a $3/hr bedside and critical care differential, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus of $5000 for RNs with less than 18 months of experience and $10,000 for RNs with more than 18 months of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional emergency nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to evidence-based practice and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current certifications: PALS, NIH Stroke, BLS, ACLS, TNCC.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Emergency Nursing.
- CPI certification required within 6 months of hire.
