Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Family Medicine to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory, you will provide professional nursing care in ambulatory, outpatient, and Medical Group practice settings. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will promote health, safety, and practice in accordance with current standards and guidelines.
Essential Functions
- Collect and analyze healthcare consumer data.
- Develop individualized plans and strategies.
- Implement and coordinate care delivery.

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Ability to handle physical demands of the job. Experience in an ambulatory care setting is a plus.
