Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community. As a Full Time RN, you will work day shift hours, including one weekend a month and two holidays a year, with two on-call shifts a month. Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care, developing care plans, and ensuring patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
