Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Field Nurse for Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Join us in supporting the Newark, DE area, working day shifts, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts monthly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and necessary treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to be trained.
