Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team for an in-person event on 5/13. As a part of ChristianaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Execute IV functions and strive for proficiency within 90 days of hire.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality healthcare services.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADNs must obtain a BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
