Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specializing in Home Care to join our team. As part of ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This full-time position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community setting.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and assist in training staff.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates need to obtain their BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
