Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team. If you are passionate about providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community and are ready to excel in a supportive environment, this is the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare and implement discharge plans.
- Be proficient in IV procedures or be willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required, ADN candidates to obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical fields preferred.
