Position: Full Time RN
Location: Newark, DE and surrounding area; day shift, one weekend/month, two holidays/year, and two on-call shifts/month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Must be IV proficient; training provided with expectations of proficiency within 90 days.
- Develop goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans aligned with available resources.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements:
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment start.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
