ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for in-person care in the Newark, DE area. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Must be IV proficient or willing to train.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
