ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and provide training as needed.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
