Job Description
Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for a nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $32 to $58 per hour. As a Registered Nurse at Atrium Health, you will have the opportunity to provide world-class healthcare to adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for case management, overseeing post-acute services, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will provide direct patient care, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in North Carolina.
- BLS certification required.
- Valid driver's license.
