Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will work Day shifts with the Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, providing compassionate care to our patients. This position offers a great opportunity for new graduates or those eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program looking to start their nursing career.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with patient safety procedures and treatments.
• Conduct and document diagnostic testing.
• Support patient admission and discharge processes.

Requirements

• New graduates or those eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Pass NCLEX exam on 1st or 2nd attempt within 6 months.
• Ability to collaborate in a healthcare team environment.
• Adherence to patient safety protocols and procedures.
