Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. This is a full-time position available for evening and night shifts, offering competitive wages, shift differentials, and a range of benefits.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years full-time clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
