Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Post Acute Unit at UVMHN Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As part of our team, you will provide supportive and goal-directed care to patients following surgery and hospitalization, with the aim of helping them regain independence and return home. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement specialized treatment programs, including routine therapy services, to address various medical conditions.
Positions Available
- 72hrs per pay period 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- 48hrs per pay period 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (Charge Nurse position)
- 24hrs per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
- 72hrs per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- 24hrs per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- Per diem opportunities available
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Vermont.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in post-acute care is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Incentives
- Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Hourly shift differentials: $3 Eve, $5 Night, $2 Weekend.
