We are looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Paradigm Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals reconnect with their environment and enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
